We worked with Freeman prior to working with Defined Exhibits and found our experience to be 100 times different when working with Defined Exhibits. Freeman provided us with exactly what we needed, but was twice the price and we ended up paying getting nickel and dimed for everything. Not only was Defined Exhibits less expensive, but they also put a lot more detail to our exhibit and created multiple 3D renderings to get us the exact look we wanted. They were also very budget cautious when creating our booth, giving us advice on extra costs which we might incur (electrical, av, etc..) if we designed our booth a certain way. At our last show, we save thousands of dollars in labor. They helped us with items they never charged us for like taking down our equipment and even packing it into our personal create. This was much more than we expected.
The number one thing that made Defined Exhibits stand out from the rest is the personal attention we got from their team. I had received a call throughout the process letting us know how things stood and they were there every day to check on our status. When an unexpected event happened they were only a call away and immediately there to help. With Freeman we felt like just another company. We had a hard time tracking down our coordinator who always had to call someone else to help us. With defined exhibits, you are calling the direct to the source of who is going to help you.
I normally do not like to go into great detail with referring people, but feel like I owe these guys even though we contracted them. Tradeshows can be a pain, but they make it 100 times easier. I hope this has been helpful. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

So the show went very smoothly and everyone said it was the best conference they have EVER been to!! For example, one sales guy said he has gone to HiMSS for almost ten years now and this was the best-looking, most functional and well planned show he has ever been to. Everyone is very pleased with how the booth turned out and we are already thinking of what to do for next year.
